HOW DOES IT WORK?

The plan is personal and is established based on the desired objective. We start with an initial assessment, carried out with the necessary technology that establishes your body composition in real time, that is, how much fat, muscle, minerals your body has. From there, we develop a strategy with a methodology to follow, totally personalized to meet your objectives.

HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK DO I HAVE TO TRAIN?

The training days depend on the characteristics of each person, you have to be realistic and prepare to train for real. With 1 or 2 sessions you will not get what you want so much but we guarantee that the final effort will convince you.

HOW ARE THE TRAININGS DISTRIBUTED?

A challenge like this cannot entail a conventional routine. We have designed different programs adapted to the characteristics of each person, the secret is to train with an emphasis on movement patterns.
In the “motor action” is the secret. This type of exercise involves a greater number of muscle groups and in this way we achieve greater results, since if we work more muscles simultaneously the calorie consumption will be greater than if we work only one muscle in isolation. In this way we will be able to reduce fat mass through strength exercise. In addition, these types of exercises are more functional since in sports and in daily life a muscle never works in isolation, but rather they all work in a chain.

THE INVISIBLE TRAINING
One of the keys to achieving the proposed results is the so-called invisible training. This is part of our program and consists of taking an active rest on the days that there is no training, that is, performing light exercise such as walking, without forcing the muscle groups worked the day before. From Syncrolab we will advise you throughout the process.

The prices depend on the planning and proposed strategy. If the client does not fail any session (except for major reasons) and the results proposed in the initial visit are not achieved, the amount invested is returned. The advice and proposal of the program is free. Training prices are those currently stipulated in Syncrolab Fitness Club.
